Chinese for Affirmative Action, a community-based civil rights organization in San Francisco, has launched a campaign to give voice to those who believe that City College must remain open for all 85,000 of its students.
A new community- and City-supported initiative will help limited-English San Francisco residents understand and protect their language rights.
