Participation Urged for 2010 Census (Sing Tao Daily)

The US Census that occurs every ten years officially begins in 2010, and federal Census officials are encouraging everyone’s participation, regardless of immigration status, because the Census count will determine government funding for cities and even affect how businesses operate.
